PickVend is the integration layer between unattended retail and delivery platforms. It publishes your machines as stores on Wolt, keeps catalogue and inventory in sync, processes orders end to end and gives couriers a verified pickup — without changing your hardware or your workflows.
Built on the Wolt Marketplace API · Selfly Store / Husky RFID fridges supported · Data hosted in the EU (Frankfurt) · DPA included
The platform takes the order, the courier does the delivery, the machine does the handover. PickVend connects the three and handles everything in between.
A customer orders in the Wolt app. Prices and availability come from the machine's live inventory, so the order reflects what is actually on the shelf.
PickVend validates the order against stock, reserves the items and accepts the order. Nothing to confirm on your side.
Because the products are already in the machine, the order is marked ready immediately and Wolt dispatches a courier.
The courier scans the label on the machine and enters the Wolt order number. The door unlocks for the pickup window.
Picked items are verified against the order where the hardware allows it. Inventory is pushed back to Wolt and the event log is updated.
Most delivery integrations stop at spiral vending machines. PickVend was built for the harder case — an open-door RFID fridge — where the courier's pickup must be verified against the order. Connection is made through the cloud your machines already use; no additional hardware is installed.

Wolt covers Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland from a single integration. Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Glovo adapters extend coverage to France, Spain, Italy, the UK and Ireland. Each platform is configured per operator and per machine from the same dashboard.

Add a delivery channel to machines you already stock and service. The Wolt merchant account, payouts and commissions remain yours; PickVend is the integration in between.
Offer delivery as a feature of your hardware. One API integration on your side, white-label dashboard and courier flow on ours.
Lobbies, campuses, stations and residential buildings: a machine that sells to the building by day and to the neighbourhood by night.
Onboarding follows each platform's own integration process. Typical lead time from first contact to a live machine is two to three weeks, most of it on the platform side. Who clicks what, how long each platform takes and what the courier sees differ per platform — we have mapped all four.
No setup fee, no revenue share, no minimum term — cancel monthly. PickVend never takes a percentage of your sales and never holds your money: the platform pays you directly under your merchant agreement, and PickVend invoices you once a month from the order log you can see in your dashboard.
Capped at €30 per site per month. All platforms, dashboard, courier flow, inventory sync, exception reporting and full API log included. Platform commissions are charged by the platform, not by PickVend.
Around 40 orders: €10 + 40 × €1 = €50 to PickVend. A 30 % revenue-share integrator would charge about €190 for the same machine.
Your brand, your customers, our integration layer. Priced per installed base.
A label on the machine carries a QR code. The courier scans it and enters the code already shown in their courier app — the Wolt order number, the 5-character Uber Eats order code, the 4-digit Deliveroo order number or the 3-digit Glovo pickup code. The door unlocks for the pickup window. No app installation or account is required. Details per platform.
On RFID fridges, the system records exactly which items left the shelf and compares them with the order. Any discrepancy is flagged with a report that can be used to claim against the platform. On spiral vending machines, only the ordered selection is dispensed.
No. PickVend connects through the cloud your machine already uses — Selfly Cloud today, telemetry providers next. Machines without connectivity cannot be integrated.
The operator. The merchant account, payouts and commissions stay with you. PickVend acts as the integration partner and, for order and inventory data, as your data processor.
No. The platform pays you directly under your merchant agreement. PickVend charges €10 per machine per month (capped at €30 per site) and €1 per delivered order, invoiced monthly from the order log in your dashboard. No setup fee, no revenue share, no minimum term.
In the EU, on servers in Frankfurt. Order and inventory data are processed only to run the service, under the Data Processing Addendum. See the privacy notice.
